About Dida
Dida joined Russells in 2009. Her history of abuse in Spain can make her a little spooky when first handling. But she is very easy once reassured with calm handling and steady movements.
Dida was always privately ridden and never used in the riding school. She was retired from ridden work after navicular changes and a calcified hamstring were diagnosed.
Dida is now used for therapeutic sessions, loves to be groomed and has also starred in photo shoots. She often spends time away from the yard living as a companion to her pony friend Jazz.
Dida is mum to Bee and was very protective of her as a foal, but will happily ignore her now that she has grown into a troublesome teenager!
